CLIENT

The creation of Nexus Park began in 2018, when Columbus Regional Health partnered with the city of Columbus, Indiana and the Columbus Park and Recreation Department to re-envision and renovate the former Fair Oaks Mall to develop a state of the art community asset and connection point in the heart of Columbus.

The 400,000 square foot NexusPark complex will be split between Columbus Regional Health clinics and the city's parks and recreation programs and retail spaces.

The vision of the project was two fold: to create a centralized place for residents to improve their health and well-being, and to maximize the use of the space to create economic opportunities for the region.
